Returns Policy

Change of Mind

You may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

• The goods are returned in a brand new unused, re-saleable condition and in its original packaging.
• You inform us via email (support@trsgolf.com) within 7 days of receiving your order as to the reason why you want to return. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
• You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us via email.
• Goods must be returned within 30 days.

Faulty Unit

Please contact us at support@trsgolf.com and we will guide you through the steps to return your unit for a replacement.
